CATHERINE 'KATIE" LANNON

LANNON, Catherine "Katie" (nee Stacey) – Passed peacefully away at home with her loving family on Sunday, January 5, 2020.  Predeceased by her parents: Leo and Margaret Stacey; 1st husband: Jack Walsh; 2nd husband: James Lannon; sons: Harry and Gerry Lannon; and sisters: Nina and Selina Stacey and Josephine (Patrick) Quirke. Leaving to mourn with loving memories her daughter: Ann Marie (Roy) Barter; brother: Gerald (Anita) Stacey; nephews: Paul Stacey, Glen (Penny) Stacey and their son Ryan, John (Kathryn) Quirke and Gary (Liz) Quirke; nieces: Cathy (Doug) Gardiner and Lori Quirke; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, extended family and friends. At Catherine’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 -9:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, St. Lawrence 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Interment to follow at Mount Cecilia Cemetery, St. Lawrence.
