It is with great sadness we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of CAPTAIN JERRY SCOTT, he has set sail into his final journey.  Mr. Scott passed away at his home on June 12th, 2019.  Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his sons; Stewart (Phyllis), Wayne (Madonna), Barry (Gaye), and Glen (Peggy); 8 grandchildren, Stewart (Chrissy), Jeff (Courtney), Sheldon, Morgan (Olivia), Joshua, Patricia (Dustin), Matthew, and Daniel; 6 great-grandchildren, his pride and joys, Bentley, Ethan, Spencer, Maria, Scarlett, and Alana; his brother, Cecil (Marion); his sisters, Ruby (Gerald) and Ann (Harry); brother-in-law, Gordon (Alice); plus a large circle of family and friends.

Greeting him into the heavenly home are his wife, Marion; his parents, Clayton and Ellen Scott; parents-in-law, Freeman and Maude Clarke; sisters, Una and Winnie (Aaron); brother, Bert (Mary); brother-in-law, Albert Clarke; nephew, Allen Scott.

As per Jerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. 

Funeral Service will take place at St. Mary's Anglican Church in Harbour Mille on Saturday, June 15th at 2:00 p.m.  Inurnment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Little Harbour East. 

In Mr. Scott’s memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, no flowers by request of the family.
