PEARL BEST

It is with great sadness that the family of the late PEARL BEST of Grand Bank, formerly of Gaultois, announce her passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Thursday, April 18th at the age of 93.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are; daughter, Shirley Rose (Carl) of Grand Bank; sister, Blanche Garland; sisters-in-law, Anita Vokey, Hannah Neil (Wally), Emmie Haynes (Max); brothers-in-law, Reg Best (Donna), Carl Best (Edypat), Heber Best (Pat), Bill Smith; 6 grandchildren, Jason (Sandra), Colin (Angela), Paula (Brady), Susan, Donna (Scott), Angela; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, James & Mary Lily; husband, Ray Best; son, Roy Best; sister, Emmie Strickland.

 The family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Saturday, April 20th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm & 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral service will take place at St. Alban’s Anglican Church in Grand Bank on Monday, April 22nd at 11:00am.

Interment to follow at the St. Alban’s Anglican Church Cemetery in Grand Bank.

 In Pearl’s memory, donations may be made to St. Alban’s Anglican Church or the Blue Crest Home. No flowers by request of the family.
