BLANCHE LODER

 It is with great sadness that the family of the late BLANCHE LODER of Allan’s Island, announce her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 at the age of 73.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons; Marcel Loder (Dorothy) of Flinflon, MB, Derek Loder of Fortune, NL, Corey Loder (Juanita) of Spruce Grove, AB; daughters, Cindy Bonnell (Les) of Flatrock, NL, Karen Loder (Dave) of Lamaline, NL, Tracey Loder (Darrell) of Lamaline, NL; brother, Gerald Boland; 11 grandchildren, Kevin, Charlene, Melissa, Ashley, Cody, Jake, Mackenzie, Nathan, Nicholas, Bobby, Logan; 8 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John Loder; parents, Patrick & Charlotte Boland; sisters, Elizabeth Mclean, Mildred Stapleton; brothers, Francis Boland, Reginald Boland.

The Family will be accepting visitors at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Allan’s Island on Friday, January 18th from 2:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday, January 19th from 2:00pm to 9:00pm & Sunday, January 20th from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Vigil to take place at 7:00pm on Sunday, January 20th.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, January 21st at 2:00 pm from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Allan’s Island. Interment to follow in the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery.

 In Blanche’s memory, donations may be made to the Loder family or flowers gratefully accepted.
