It is with great sadness that the family of the late ­­­­­­­­­­MARGARET MAE HAWKINS of Grand Bank announces her passing at her home in Grand Bank on Friday, April 13th, 2018 at the age of 78.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are son, Paul Hawkins of Grand Bank; brother, Howard Hickman (Elaine) of Grand Bank; 4 grandchildren, Tara, Chantille, Lauren and Kennedi;  1 great-grandchild, Kylie; special friend and homecare worker, Judy Fiander; plus a large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by husband, Roy Hawkins; partner, Ewart Vallis; mother, Elsie Hickman; sisters, Christine Hollett and Rita Burt.


The Hawkins Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home – Grand Bank on Saturday, April 14th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 15th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  The Funeral Service will take place at Salvation Army Citadel in Grand Bank on Monday, April 16th at 2:00 p.m.   Interment will follow at U.C Cemetery in Grand Bank..


In Mae’s memory, donations may be made to the family or flowers gratefully accepted.
